This course covers workers who are responsible for developing and evaluating children’s services programs. Workers at this level have responsibility for supervision of other staff and volunteers, and in most states, it is the highest qualification required at director or service-manager level. Workers at this level are required to have an understanding of indigenous culture and history and to work with local communities in the provision of services.
