* The English for Academic Purposes (EAP) course prepares students with the English language skills they need, to excel in the Australian academic environment. Students will gain the confidence and skills in applying the English language to their higher education studies.
    * The EAP Program is for students planning to undertake vocational or university studies in Australia. The course bridges the gap between General English, which focuses on everyday functional English and academic English, which requires developing skills and strategies for further study.
    * It builds understanding of the language, communication and conventions used in and associated with academic studies.
    * Students will demonstrate the ability to write complex texts, read and provide detailed comprehension of authentic texts, listen and comprehend media reports, respond confidently to statements and speak clearly and fluently on a wide range of events and subjects.


Entry Requirements:


IELTS score of 5.0 or equivalent. Entry also through the succesful completion of Upper Intermediate General English program.
